Woodland snow (pic heavy)

This morning, Alison and i had a day off, and i know some of you have had loads of snow, but today was our first real fall, so we decided to have a bimble around one of our favourite spots for camping, here are a few shots, most are self explanatory, but we did make the mistake of leaving a cheap tent up, we use for storing stuff, and the parachute, which did not fare too well, but blimey! that paracord is really strong stuff!

Wow that looks different. Did the parachute and tent survive? Surprised you didn't get a roaring fire going. Looking forward to getting back up there soon.

Hi Skate , yeah tent and parachute are ok, it was magical up there today,not seen it like that! If it holds i am going to camp up there this weekend, and now i have bought a new shiny chainsaw, there will be a roaring gurt fire, i am going to try and make an open fronted shelter from that huge bit of canvas, with a long fire reflecting in the heat, toastie!

Thanks Kepis, you are actually the inspiration behind me getting my camera out and posting stuff, as you seem to make the effort, not up to your standard yet, but there is time, i will endeavour to take the camera, take some pics and post them on here, as i talked about for 3 years!
