Was near Rough Close last week and spotted a self service laundry set-up in the carpark of Balsall Common's Co-op.

Will we be having the evening chats/ slide show again. If so I can put one together on Astrophotography. Well more of how to get the best out of some photos using Free Software. Also explains how they made images like the "Pillars of Creation".
Hey @Chris , yes, firewood is available, I'll be sending an email out to anyone who wants to prebook some, it will be £35 a quarter load, so a couple wheelbarrows.

Hey @Hammock_man , maybe at the summer one? We don't usually have evening chats/slide shows at the WinterMoot, that's more a pleasant summer evening activity!
Just for clarity, in past years we (Forest Knights mostly) have done paid evening meals, each night. This year we're doing them Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Tues, Thursday and Sat is self catering - Sat will be a communal pot luck meal, well that's the intention

I was thinking of bringing my GoPro to film bits and pieces to show people on YouTube why they should come to the Moot. Would this be OK with you, Tony? If you’d prefer not, no dramas.

For the second year in a row, all my doctors have been too busy to get my prescriptions in time so I really couldn't feel less like doing a big journey into the outdoors, my soul is already filled with rain. I've got a stop-off planned half way to make the drive easier and I'm also bringing a more basic tent which is less of a hassle.
Looking forward to seeing everyone though! I've really missed being at that campsite, I can't wait to hear that wall-of-sound birdsong in the early morning
