Great tips there .

I've found the poundshop foam windscreen reflectors to be great for doing this as they're space blanket laminated to ccf foam. Radiator reflector foam is also good.

Ace tip, Cheers Rich. Not sure about the tyvek over my felt insoles though, rather defeats the object of having felt as tyvek is not that breathable. but will certainly invest in a mylar blanket.

You've been able to buy reflective inserts for years, even Tesco sell them.

Sure they have Rik . But they won't have the same feeling as our insoles that Are already bedded. And won't be as cheap or as satisfying as hand trimmed.
