got some silver birch vino from these the other day http://www.lurgashall.co.uk/index.html they do all sorts ,birch wine was very sweet ,a bit like a glass of squash ,was very nice but not as nice as the elder flower,cheers :uu:

Their plum wine is nice - quite dry though.

They also did a very nice Mead in 2000 and 2002, their standard mead cut with whisky. Worth getting your hands on if they ever re-do it (assuming they don't currently...)

nice one womble , the shop i got it from had loads of mead in so i`ll check next time i`m back,got really minging on mead once next to boscastle harbour
