Wilkos have these for £6 but i cant find them on the website

You beat me to it, I was about to post this headsup :)

Other things that are new for this season,

set of 3 waterproof gadget pouches of differing sizes for £3.
Lots of other yellowstone messkits and stoves
a small 1man bivy tent for £25

Also the hand sanitizers are cheap as well.

Some of the stuff is the same as poundland but more expensive.

Can confirm that Wilko in Yeovil have it all in.Al

Simmer ring makes a big difference. DIY stoves can be a great heat source but most have no option to control the burn and hence the fuel burn time. I've made little alcohol stoves in the past and they are fine for boiling water but crap at cooking food; the simmer ring on the likes of the Trangia burner will give you the opportunity to bring a pot to the boil and then simmer for up to @40 minutes on one fill of fuel.
