you need to get a creenshot of the charcater and then upload it onto a server and then link to it.

how do you go aobut putting the image here - idiot guide please.

Once you've designed your "you" you need to get a screen grab.
Assuming you're using windows, maximise the screen, hold down alt and press "print screen". Then open your image editing package, whatever it may be and paste the captured screen into it (ctrl-v).
Crop the screen grab down to just your character, save it and then upload to some convenient webspace....I think some people here use photobucket.

Got the image sorted still not sure how to ge it up here - is it possible to do a straight cut and paste?

Works system makes it difficult to shunt thing around webspaces.

You need to upload it to a host and then link to it ... a good host is www.yoxio.com ...
