Just wondered where is the cheapest place to get a sabre 45? I am Glasgow, and I would really like to check it out before I buy, so if anyone knows any shops let me know.

Thanks

If you search the forum you'll find plenty of chat about them. Endicott's in devon did a really good deal on them for a while (phone number for them will come up in the search) that meant you got the rucksack and 2 side pockets for £40 including P&P.

Be warned that there seems to be several iterations with different features so if you see one mail order etc. it might not be exactly the same as one you saw in the flesh.

The Endicott's ones are an older edition but I must say I'm very happy with mine. The new one appears to have a different setup for strapping things to the outside. It might also (I can't remember) have a padded waist strap now which it didn't before.

EDIT: Spoony got there before me. That's the newer version than the one Endicott's were doing. The strap adjustment look much more flexible on that, and there's some different (I dunno if it's better) accessory points on it.

I just called them and they said they don't sell them :(.

I tried to get the email address off the pri website as well and the contact page does not work. Its alot hosted on a boradband connection, they really should spend some money and get it hosted properly. I will keep at it and give them an email.

These guys sell it for £67.99 http://www.gear-zone.co.uk/eshop/Karrimor-Sabre-45.html

Thats not too bad, but cheaper things are better.

Thanks for the info.

Cheapest you'll get is from Kevin at Endicotts as far as I know. Assuming that he still has any... ;)

I really wanted to check it out before buying too, but I couldn't find one nearby. I ended up just taking the chance, and I'm happy that I did.
