Where can I buy bolts like this?

Excuse the crappy drawing but i cant find a pic of what i want. I'm after some hex or torx headed bolts that are threaded on the 'inside'. It's for bolting knife handle scales together. I can find normal threaded ones everywhere but no internally threaded ones. Can anyone here please point me in the right direction?

But I think they may be a bit large for you.

The alternative is to have a threaded tube between two conventional socket head bolts. Just make sure they don't meet in the middle.

The domed nut's normally are used on panel saw's, I have plenty of old disston and S&J ones, various sizes just like the ones in the link
