They are what's commonly called candelabra primulas or bog primulas, growing in front of Japanese Knotweed by the looks of them.

edit, just read they originate from Himalaya's and China..

My father used to grow them, well yellow ones. I mentioned the knotweed as primulas often self seed and people transplant them but I wouldn't risk it in this situation but rather collect seed when they're ripe.
