Found this on Wed, in the croquet lawn.

then found this under some of the edging stones on the main path

might get some tracks if snow stays, have not see any other traces of activity.

will keep my eyes open, not seen any but the holes have only just came to light, rally hope to get some tracks

Just wondering if you could use a UV light to see where its been.
I believe that BOPs are able to hunt them by detecting the urine/scent trails that show up in the UV light spectrum.

thats looks very similar to some holes on some of the sports fields I look after, there is quite a few holes, are field vowels wide spread? this is in hertfordshire and there is farm land around but the holes are in fairly open land.

I know a few people that have found some A,I,E,O & Us around your area. Field voles are very widespread and common.

Now those are much rarer, lesser or otherwise. Consonants are however, very common
