This week it's been preserving our own smoked paprika. Honestly the smell is incredible!

Oooooh. I had never even considered that I could make my own smoked paprika. I use loads of the stuff - especially in curries, where it adds a wonderful smokey depth.

Honestly it's one of the easier spices to grow, do give it a go!
