The ones at the top look like they have markings similar to Dryads Saddle, but I don't know if they grow out of threes like Oyster mushrooms do. The bottom pic looks a little like Chanterlles but can't see them clearly.

Flesh a pale yellow to maybe orangey, with white gills which would have been quite large gills running down a bit of the stem? Edges of the top 'wobbly' lol, or very uneven?

Yes, Dryad's Saddle. There's one or two lookalike relatives that can be mistaken for young Dryad's Saddle but I don't think that's what these are. And yes, the others have got to be Chanterelles.
