I'd be grateful if someone could identify these plants for me.
I was also wondering, should we start a ''what's this plant thread''? as people are asking for plant ID quite often. (Especcially me)

Hi Niels,
1- Common vetch
2- Yep cleavers
3- Looks like ground elder
4- water cress (water looks a bit manky!)
5- I am not certain but looks like Snow in summer,Cerastium tomentosum , probably a garden escapee.
