West Coast Scotland wild camping and Razor Clams!!!

Hi All,

Planning a wild camping weekend in the next few weeks up on the west coast of Scotland - have been eyeing up potential sites using my OS maps and Google Earth -can anyone advise me of a good west coast beach for razor clams which has a decent stand of pine/spruce/broadleaf woodland near it?

Kilbride Bay, just south of Portavadie, should foot the bill. Midgie heaven/hell though!!
