I have been a lurker for a while, but this is my first post. I am planning a trip to Scotland in a few weeks time. The plan is to wild camp so I'm looking for some woodland near the coast, preferably with fresh water. I have been scouring Google Maps looking for likely places. I have spotted a potential location, but I wanted to pick the collective brain.
Has anyone visited St Baldred's Cradle on the east coast, not too far north of Berwick?
It looks interesting, though very "managed"...
