A bit of a long shot but does anyone have a spare copy of Rays Bushcraft series 2 disc one ?

It's the birch bark canoe and canoe journey episodes.

I think my disc got thrown out along with the Sunday papers a few weeks ago and the recycling bin was emptied last Thursday
