I've got one (you know that tho, pestering you about sheath! )
I got mine from Stuart a few years ago, I know he doesn't do that anymore.
However, I think he mentioned in an recent thread that his family still keep the site up because they had a few knives left. Might be a Lapp Puukko in there .
I bought a Puukko a little while back from Nordica Heat on ebay . Great little knife designed by H.J.Merimaa Finland http://www.kolumbus.fi/harri.merimaa/mallistosivu.htm. Incredibly easy to sharpen & retains a sharp edge. I prefer and use carbon steel but stainless is also available.
No connections other than very satisfied customer etc.
Just swapped one of these with Dougster, They are really well made but the handle/blade ratio just didn't suit my hand and the blades too thick for gutting. IMHO The Lappi knives are better made than Issakkis.
Don't know if it's the same as the one I had but the sheath was joined to the belt loop by an 'o' ring, this pulled through and the knife and sheath fell from the loop. Might want to modify/improve on the one you make.
