I would prefer cast iron but any will do.

Got mine from tkmaxx & it has a folding handle, so more bushy friendly.

Monkieman, yup, thats a major issue with car boots.

I think if you persevere at car boot sales one will turn up. I've seen a couple of the ridged ones and they turn up more than the flat based pans. Sorry I can't help more. I'm looking for some myself!!!!!
