The Jackal and I managed to get out into the woods yesterday, we found numerous bracket fungus and The Jackal has become very interested. Unfortunately fungus ID is a particular weak spot for me so im struggling when trying to teach him correctly when he asks what they are.

Here is what we found and what I think it is. Please correct me if im off.

Piptoporus betulinus - Birch Polypore/Razor Strop?

Trametes veriscolor - Turkey Tail?

Trametes hirsuta?

Last one.... Not a clue... I can only think it's the dead remnents of where a bracket used to be????

Birch polypore and turkeytail, the third one not sure but I don't think it's hairy bracket unless the top was hairy? looks old.
The last one could be anything but more likely to be of the jelly variety withes butter etc but without it being fresh its probably impossible to tell. What tree were the last two growing on as I am not too sure?
Sometimes it can help to get a shot of the pores as this can help narrow the possibilities and a spore print can be fun.
