Vapalux not working...any ideas?

My Vapalux lamp is not working properly, it lights fine but is not producing much light almost like its losing 'gas'. I gave it a good clean recently and changed the mantle which helped a little bit but not much.
Any thoughts? Here's a pic it looks like the mantle has a sort of halo...

1. Partially blocked jet.
2. Vap tube on it's way out.
3. Pressure leak at one of the seals.

1-3 are easy to check I'd do those first.

Once you have them eliminated you can look at other potential issues
