Used The Bushcraft Store recently?

Just wondering if anyone has used the bushcraft store (bdu imports) recently? I ordered a knife kit from them which has never arrived. Although they respond to emails quickly enough so no complaints there they don't appear to be concerned that a mammoth knife kit as disappeared and seem to have no tracking on the parcel. Unfortunately it was for a holiday project and has missed it now :-(

Used it in the last month or 2 and had no issues but was for small cheap stuff. Hope you get your order sorted out.

That's a shame, if they're a decent company they'll send another out without hassle though. Where I work we don't question things like that and send 99% so it can be tracked. Good luck!

ordered a UCO lantern on friday and it was here today...no problems. hope you manage to get your issue resolved as they seem to be a good company.

To be honest I have bought several times from them really quick, just surprised they seem so laid back at 80 pounds of knife disappearing in transit, they offered another but don't have the scales we wanted.

They are always pretty laid back, i am normally in their shop once a month picking up little bits for the collection.

Glad they sorted it out, and let us know how the knife comes along.. I keep thinking of trying to do one, just worried I would fsck it up somewhere.

That's because you get kind of accustomed to it after a while, especially in summer where RM and couriers are more likely to be using agencies and temps.

Great store and the service is very good IMO, at least you can go in there and see someone if your close enough, you can keep some of the people happy some of the time eh ..

Yep, goods arrived today after ordering on Monday night. Used them a lot and never had a problem.
