Was put onto this by a post over on song of the paddle,http://www.songofthepaddle.co.uk/forum/showthread.php/54481-Gumotex-Boatpark no connection at all with the company but at these prices and the testimony of the poster on sotp I really wish I'd known about this company a lot sooner!

He's only got one post up so far but after checking the website myself it looks pretty good.
They're offering palava's at about £414, ( £674 new from "kayaks and paddles") as well as the latest model solar with the extended decks for the same money and they're also offering seawaves, scouts, baraka's etc etc too, obviously at different prices.
The website is a bit of a language nightmare (for me anyway) but according to the character on sotp they're really good to deal with and in all honesty, I would be quite happy to go for a 2nd hand gumotex boat from them if I were currently in the market.
I know from the sort of treatment my boats get that they're pretty tough and resilient and would strongly recommend considering investing in one of these before throwing similar money away on some of the tube/skin type boats, which just don't last more than a few years.
Cheers
Steve
