I dont know what all the science means. I want something with no batteries and for finding things in my dark tent and going outside to get things.. Maybe as bright as a maglite at a guess .. x
Any sort of budget in mind mate? I love my Nitecore MT10C but it’s £40 odd, so not sure what sorta price you’re looking at.

I have a small usb olight on my keys. Two intensities, great for finding things, walking the dog early! But doesn't get in the way

Budget. yes good idea. not chinese cheap but not mega pricey 20 to 40 quid new should net something useable with a bit of longevity I am guessing xIdea of Budget may help

nah. I am thinking key ring torch now TD. it just for round the house and going out to do generator/ water etc x
