Woohoo! In return for good behaviour swmbo has granted me a four night pass
I plan to be wandering somewhere between Llanwrytd Wells and the Moel Prysgau bothy at 52.235096, -3.749858 from the 26-30th this month. Where exactly depends on the weather for in the event of heavy rain the route north from the reservoir involves several fords and gets a tad ugly for comfort. Not dangerous per-se but a real test of determination/sanity and how waterproof your boots really are. Then again I've never explored West of the dam and that's mighty tempting as well, plus it's easier & drier route. In the unlikely event of glorious sunshine then there's only one thing for it and that's basecamp near the water and chill.
If anybody out there wants a wild micro-adventure then PM me as company is always welcome.
