Here are two more staffs i've just finished. Both are hazel and around five feet high. The first one has a celtic dragon carved into it, as well as a carved basketwork handle grip and after sanding and staining i painted it with bronze model paint and then gave it three coats of matt varnish. The second one has a different bark pattern carved into it and a celtic cross with four triquetra in itas well as a celtic band above the grip. I again sanded and stained this one before painting it with gold and silver paint and varnishing it.
