Just in case anyone else is in the same boat, I think the mail is getting through but I deleted an account on my local server this morning whilst trying to persuade my mail client to download.
I'm only in the office in the mornings at the mo as I'm visiting at the hospital in the afternoon, my mobile is switched off at this time too.

It looks like emails to mark@ aren't getting through but ones to shop@ are. This is a domain hosting issue dating back to my sensor business, I had my domain and POP3 hosted by a third party and that contract came to an end this week. I've now (hopefully!) fixed that so it should return to normal soon.
