Thought it would be fun to have a wee challenge.

As a wee incentive i'll offer up a brand new Mora clipper to whomever makes the best one which will be decided by vote.

The cuts that are required are shown in this video i just made

I know it's a poor quality video.

You can only use one knife and a baton, no saws, vices etc.

The notches must function.

Should be adequate time for folks to give it a go and lets whoever wins recieve there prize before the post go's mental.

What it be a poor show to enter my own competition lol, i made the demo stick in about 10 mins so it's a tad rough.

Not according to the info i got from Mors it doesnt, still not an issue as that bit is dead easy to carve, i have it on another stick, i'll get a pic posted up over the weekend, there are so many variants of the stick around that no matter what people do, something will always be missing

The pamphlet Mors hands out on his courses only has 14, which includes the end nock.

That pdf is different from the pamphlet lol

They are detailed in the video.

Round reduction
Pot hook
Round/ saddle notch
Dovetail notch
90 degree latch
Square reduction /planes at 90 degrees
End nock
Bow nock
Square hole through stick
Root stripper/ brake

It has to have them but you can add others if you wish.
