Yesterday I built a tripod stool. It is made of hazel sticks and string ... very simple.

A minor variation

I have been using this one since 2011 when Eric ran a workshop on them.
I now use it as a side table as I would not trust the aging sycamore with my weight!

Good idea that mate! I'm going to try and make one, provided I'll need a stump, with an auger and three legs- could be a comfy seat!
