some are native, some are not and some you mite not expect to see but have naturalized. some species may be in more than one picture

very well done stuart f!:) you got quite a few right and good try lub0:) im not telling which ones are correct yet.
not easy at all most being twigs. i will let this run a couple days longer.

shame more people havn't given it a try:( there is no shame in getting them wrong, after all we have to start somewhere!

c'mon just guess one or two!

great! thanks for the challenge. I am hopeless (yet, but will try my ignorance at some. Here's my wild guesses (I haven't looked at the above guesses):

4 Thuja of some sort
8 Pine
9 Ash? (black buds)
14 Dunno but I remember Ray eating it in on of his shows :D
20 Apple?

Great Thread, my knowledge of trees is severely lacking, was glad to finally confirm that 14 was sycamore seedlings. My garden has become invaded by the things! They are rapidly getting out of hand
