I bought these as I started my teacher training. How naive.
They are heavy, tough and with thick firm soles. They are lovely boots, cost £120 and I thought they would last me years - they took three months to break in. They are thick brown leather and leather lined throughout
They will last years, but if I continue to wear them on the concrete floors of my workshop I won't. There is a slight squeak as you step off from somewhere, but it's very minor. As you can see they have been lovingly cared for, beginning with mink oil and then Kiwi shoe polish regularly and have YEARS left to serve. They are size 9 (43) and can arrive on your door, recorded delivery and paypal covered for £35.
