Hello inspired by Sean Hellmans smart idea making a tool tidy http://seanhellman.blogspot.se/2014_02_01_archive.html I finally made this. Instead of the workspace looking like this:

it now looks like this:

Quick and dirty made from an old bed frame

I do something similar for my carving tools but I keep it simple with a V notch or half V notch. Works well for small carving knives but chisels and gouges are usually not a problem as well.
