recently got this nec knife from site member TLIM knives. i had been looking for a low profile neck knife for some time and saw this one on his website and decided to get one.
the day it arrived was a day off work the wife was out so i sneaked of to the woods for a little bit of a play.
the first thing i ded was use it to cut down brables and nettles but fastening it to my walking stave.
few shots of the knife itself
i had a custom sheath made by topknot whose work was up to its usual high standard.
the knife itself weighs the same as a sak solo.
the knife and sheath weigh the same as a sak farmer, so you can see this is a very lightweight and low profile knife
i used it to light the fire with this fire steel, it threw a good spark
used the knife to gather some brch bark to get the fire going
shaved some kindling with it
overall only had a short day out a nice cup of tea in the woods and a play with a new knife
regards rob
