A while ago I found on the web somewhere selling (green?) plastic tinder pouches ideal for birch bark etc but I now can't find the link. I think it may have been one of the bushcraft/survival school webpages selling them as I remember a comment about all of the instructors using them but having looked through several sites I still cant find them. Has anyone any idea where i can find these? Many thanks :)

Thanks for the link - could have done with it a month back when I replaced my old firesteel - paid twice as much! Bah! Some nice kit and rather cheap too.

I have a decent leather pouch for my firekit (magnesium bar with fire stick, fuel blocks, tinder, etc - the tinder is kept in a waterproof pouch). I tend to grab handles of fluff from my tumble dryer filter for tinder - it's dry and takes a spark nicely. That and it's free : )
