My brother bought a day pack from them a while back, and he tells me they were on time with exactly what he ordered, he didn't need to contact them for anything but says he was very happy with what contact he did have

Thanks Macaroon, that does help Just ordered some kit from them, but hadn't had any dispatch email so just wanted to double check. First time ordering from them.
