Does anyone have access to the tools and press you need to fit new heads to Thor hammers?
Over the years I've picked up a couple of Thor hammers and by happy chance acquired replacement hide mallet heads in the right sizes , all for peanuts. However to get the smegging things on you need a special lump of metal that using some sort of press opens up the recesses in the metal hammer head and then closes them again when the new mallets have been inserted. I'll tidy up the handles after they have been assembled.
Happy to trade or pay for the service if anyone can help.
