Can he store foods he gathers, preserving it as long as he doesn't use anything other than what he has altready gathered? If so, he should do alright, a ten mile radius around his home is a big area and he would likely be the only one using those resources.

Quick spin round his 10 mile radius in a car picking up roadkill and bunging it in the freezer (all allowed)...no problem. Carbs will be a bore unless he allows himself to do stuff like glean after harvest in farm fields.

he was interveiwed on the Jeremy Vine show on Friday I think He said hes still living from home but living totaly from wild foods Good on him if he does it

I agree. It's an interesting concept in these times of shrink wrapped foods and everything you could ever desire from tesco's etc. I for one would like to see him succeed:D
