Thermarest woes

Ive heard they have a lifetime waruntee....Where do I send it?

They do have a good warranty although I doubt a mouse hole is covered.

Look on their site? Also, Thermarest usually comes with a patch kit (don't know how old it is, so might be an option).

i would suspect that the warranty would only cover holes where the waterproof backing layer has delaminated (i.e. manufacturaing defect/meterial defect), rather than puncture holes which would be down to how the item is used. Stick it in a bath - clouds of bubbles from an area indicates delamination, a stream of bubbles from a single location indicates a puncture hole. A quality seam sealant applied on the outside can plug small holes, patches will be needed to plug bigger ones.

I fixed a small burn hole in my thermarest just using the glue provided (no patch) in 2003 and its still going strong now

What glue would I use?

Would tenacious tape work?

I repaired mine with a puncture repair kit a couple of years ago, still going strong.
