The metal store...

Well I've just placed an order with the metal store. A huge order for me in fact!

Should arrive on Wednesday and I'll be along to pick it all up at the weekend. I'm rather looking forward to actually having a stock of steel I want rather than scrounging what ever I can get!

Expect to see a good few pictures of my work coming in the next couple of weeks.

Aye hopefully big man. I rather enjoyed making the last one. Not something I've ever done before but really rather enjoyable.

I've got a sketchbook full of designs I want to get done, so hopefully I'll get a decent two weeks off so I can get bashing!

what are their prices like?

Whenever I need small amounts of certain sizes such as you've ordered I just ask a nearby fabricator who has twice-weekly deliveries. If he doesn't have any stock in, then he can do pretty fast It doesn't incur any delivery charges that way
