The 6 P's ?

There are widely reckoned to be 7 P's but 6 is used for a politer people.

They are Prior Planning and Preparation Prevent P*** Poor Performance.

What it general means, is if you do not plan for it, WHEN it happens you are in the Sh..

I use it in my signature, as have used it a personal motto for a long while (over 30 years), from when I was a cadet before I joined the military proper.

It was definitely seven when I was a sapper ( sometimes more depending on how many expletives could be included !)
