Is anyone watching either of these programmes? I find the naked and afraid programmes tend to have people that blow their own trumpets alot and think they are "the best" but Tethered I have found a bit more down to earth and moral boosting. Its good to watch a programme where your not following a professional thats at the top of their game. I would love to give something like that a go but in reality it will probably never happen but when you watch how venerable some of them become in the extreme situations im not sure I would actually survive without an experienced partner. The episode I have just watched, they tethered a city slicker with a life long bush lover and I like to think I have a bit more knowledge than the suit and I think if i was tied to the bushman I would contribute a lot to learn and help. In the end he quited but I did feel a little sympathetic as clearly didnt research what he was getting himself into.
