i went up to Scotland to view a property; by the time I got there it had sold. (It wasnt me anyway)
Work is downsizing and I couldnt find a place to live. So, no work this summer.
They said come back next summer but I have my doubts.
So I have no job, the one I fought thirty years for and put my heart into.
Im not in a very good place at the moment.

Oh what a shame, that must be heartbreaking for you. I know how much you loved it there.
Have you thought about somewhere else , maybe Butser Hill near Petersfield?
I'm sure there are other places around the country that might want your skills.

I know you loved working there and how much you valued the friendships of the Tribe.
I think Annie's right though, and there are a lot of heritage sites around. You're probably closer to Wales and Ireland than you are Scotland....you might try finding something along the same lines elsewhere ?

Its a pretty laid back club, sailing, yes, but any small craft, RC yachts, and....
Voila! We have a camping field. Its got parking and a tap in the corner.
But I went half way round the lake to see if there was an woods.
There is a lake for the use of. (Must find someone with a canoe I can borrow)
The perimeter is narrow,
But some woods
And a meadow
A Stream separates us from the campsite...but its not inaccessible; there is a bridge...
