Yep totally agree, give Lurch a call and he'll see you alright for the burner a terrific company to deal with. As for the windguard, can't you knock one up with a bit of tin foil and a few tent pegs and some gaffa tape.
 
The link QdanT posted is great, I use them myself and they are good. You can pick up a Trangia type burner cheap on ebay, they are faster than the Tatonka burner or the POS burner you get with the Swedish Army sets.
 
Now thats more like what I was looking for (if not a little to large) but infact.......i've already started constucting my own one. Cornflake box, tin foil, foil tape, ducktape and two tent pegs. Bluepeter eat your heart out haha
