Dougster spurred me on to get on and make a synthetic quilt so here is the prototype proof of concept. Now that concept has been proved, this proto is for sale.
£40 posted with additional bungee and cordlocks to hang it.
Built this yesterday and completed moments ago. Its a 120 X 110cm 2/3 underquilt. The green ripstop material a little darker than in the pics and handles real well. I have about 3/4 of an inch of no-name insulation inside. The 1st pics show the quilt before quilting, the later ones show the anchor thread quilting.

I have now completed the grid (pics to follow) so the insulation is held nice and firm.
