yeah - like a cross between swimmer and crimbo
When blokes say that about their wife I always think of that Dick emery routine with the large lady and him as the little bloke and she kept saying stir yer stumps man stir yer stumps    But then she always got her come uppance!!

why has someone censored the word :censored: from my post? if you put it in the forum search thing you`ll see its mentioned quite a lot , whats going on in the world?!!!! it sgot to be one of the most inoffensive words around, not that it really matters but i really cant beleive someone would do that !!!!

I'm pretty sure Rumpole of the Bailey used to call his wife "She who must be obeyed", but it originated in H Rider Haggard's book She

Four suns since was the word brought to me from 'She-who-must-be-obeyed,' 'White men come; if white men come, slay them not.' Let them be brought to the house of 'She-who-must-be- obeyed.' Bring forth the men, and let that which they have with them be brought forth also.
