The kuksa is bigger than the folding cup. The folding cup holds 250 ml, the kuksa 400ml. You can get those kuksa for 2 euro's.

clas ohlson (branches in Manchester (in the Arndale) and Croydon) do a 4 dl (0.4 of a litre?) ones for 99p and a more rounded 0.8 litre job for £1.99. Items 334-7975 and 34-7976 in their catalogue. Both green plastic. I'll pick some up for the kids when i next have to go to Games Workshop which is a couple of shops down

They also do a Skeppshult frying pan but thats only 18 cm and £34.99!

They are available in a variety of colors in just about evety store here that sells even vaguely outdoorsy stuff. if you get a big bunch you can get them with your logo on (same as with the folding ones).

Nope, I have several of both kinds with various prints on them; they are quite common as "branded" giveaways. A quick google did not yield a source, but if someone is actually interested I can dig further.

Yup, mine was a freebie, it has ajungilak on the handle, I got it when I bought my first kompakt meny moons ago.
