Sun based Insomnia?

Chicken of the woods is good food
The only irritating reaction I have is wind, my tummy actually swells up with wind, terribly embarrassing :blush:
The fungus tastes lovely though, and it's a good texture too.

Oh dear Toddy, i hope it doeasn't make me worse, i seem to have that reaction with most food (according to SWMBO anyway) so looking forward to eating it.
