Can I please have a cost for the Christmas Meal form all those that have said they would get bits can you post by wednesday night, so i can add up.

Chris as you steped forward to do the funds.. Would you please collect the meal fees.. Pretty please.. :).

I would like to have a cost sorted by the November meet, so that Meal costs can be collected there... Seeing that we live over a wide area.....

Hope this is ok...

Seeing we have 9 on the list already, I would work out costs for fifteen.....

There are is a few things on the list still... Can some others offer the help.. this is going to be your meal, and a group effort.

What do you want me to bring food wise, just so I'll know what to price for. I'll bring a home cooked ham, taters and sprouts?

I've been updating the list at post #3 with what people have said they are supplying for the Meal, please check.. Incase I have it wrong, if I do let me know and i'll adjust :)

Collecting the money is no problem. Those that cant make it for the Nov meet will have to do a bank transfer or paypal to me.

I shall dig out my Coleman and MSR stoves just in-case we need some extra fire power and I have 3 sets of nesting stainless billy's (MSR and Coleman I think)

Add me and my bro (Andy) to the Xmas meal Stu! I'll try and pop down for a quick visit Nov meet to pay as I'm just down the road! If not ill PayPal it over! Is the meal Saturday day/night? As I work Fridays!

If you require a big wooden burner I have my WolfAlter I can bring! http://wolfcrafter.blogspot.co.uk/2010/11/wolf-alter-adjustable-fire-grill.html?m=1
A good size for extra cooking pots!

OK mate be good to see you and your Bro :) Ill add you to the list mate... lets see how the cooking thing goes... saying that it would be good to see your burner.. in the flesh.. :)

Stu,

I will get 6kg of charcoal - brickets or charcoal. I believe colin is getting a price on xmas puds. I will buy these as well and get a gluten free small one.

Also who prefers custard or cream?
