This seems to be a viral youtube thing. I don't know if it is true or hoax & wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be a viral promo for War of the Worlds 2 or something like that.

But, i thought it might give someone 14 minutes distraction

It's a hoax overlay. Most possibly a viral promo of some sort judging by the shots and camera action.
