Starting to read from where I left off

On other forums I am on, when I log in and view a certain topic, when I click back to that topic it takes me to where I last was, Can I configure this anywhere?

I was wondering summat similar - these threads all seem back to front!
Usually, clicking on a thread takes you to the beginning of it, but not on this forum, which seems counter-intuitive. Is it possible to rig it so that it does?

you can specify how you view the threads in your settings

I know Tony, but it never remembers how far you read to?

You mean like the 'View first unread' button at the top of the page? Or clicking the little round blue icon by the side of the thread rather than the thread title?
