The West Stow Country Park and Anglo-Saxon Village, Suffolk, runs a whole series of one day courses in allsorts of interesting things from basic bushcraft to arrow making and flint knapping. Most of these courses cost only a few quids so they are good value for a bit of learning, a chance to sit in under some trees and make a brew over a fire.

Next weekend Rob Bevington is running a one day spoon carving course for those souls interested in attending. Its on the 30th of June, costs £12.00 starts at 10.00am and finishes at 4.00pm.

Here is link to the activity and whats on list of West Stow Country Park and Anglo-Saxon Village :

I am not connected to the place or individuals in any way other than being a happy punter who recognises VFM ......... value for money.
